The mission of the St. Thomas the Apostle Smyrna Conference of the Society St. Vincent de Paul Direct Aid Program is to ensure the spiritual growth of its members. SVdP brings hope and help to those in need respecting the dignity of each person so that they may achieve stability and move toward self-sufficiency. SVdP is working to change the face of charity by offering hope and help to those we serve. We assist people regardless of class, color, creed, age, sex, race, religion or lack there of. SVdP is always in need of volunteers to visit our Friends In Need as a Caseworker, to answer our Hotline, to help count our Collections, to work in our Pantry, our Thrift Store, or our House of Dreams.
