Our Journey of Hope is a cancer care ministry of hope, courage, and compassion. The cancer care ministers are dedicated to bringing light and providing practical help to those who are suffering under the shadow of cancer. Each cancer care minister has been trained to address the unique needs of cancer care patients and their families.
Initial training is eight classes approximately 90 minutes each. After commissioning, approximately one hour per week with a cancer care patient or family member. Minimum one hour per month continuing education.

After going through Our Journey of Hope Cancer Care training, we are acutely aware of the physical, emotional and spiritual struggles cancer patients are going through, as well as their caregivers. The ministry covers the whole person. “Carry each other’s burdens and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:2
