OCIA (RCIA) Registration Now through August 31

Adults 18 years and older in need of any or all of the 3 Sacraments of Initiation — Baptism, Communion, and Confirmation — can register during the entire month of August to be part of OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults, formerly known as RCIA) and receive the sacraments during the upcoming liturgical year.

English-language Schedule:

• Attendance at 9:30AM Masses beginning on Sunday, September 22

• Sessions on Tuesdays beginning September 24, 7:00-9:00PM

 
Requirements:

1. Written proof of baptism required. If not baptized, copy of birth certificate.

2. A Catholic Godparent/Sponsor to attend Masses and some of the sessions.

   Godparent/Sponsor needs to:

3. a) Be in full communion with the Catholic Church and in good standing with the Church.

4. b) Have received the 3 Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Communion, and Confirmation) and attend Mass regularly.

5. c) Attend a scheduled facilitated session on being a Godparent/Sponsor

6. Complete registration online with a link sent from Adult Faith Formation.

   Pay registration fee of $80 when the online application is completed.
