Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Receiving, counting, logging and recording contributions from weekly masses and other events and parish sources;
Transmitting checks electronically to parish bank account;
Transporting and depositing weekly contributions to bank;
In-depth understanding of, and compliance with, Archdiocesan policy and procedure on handling and recording of contributions and accounts receivable;
Preparing and reconciling contributions from a variety of sources and preparing records documenting contributions using Excel;
Candidate will be point person for all aspects of Archbishop’s Annual Appeal;
Facilitating and communicating to parish members progress toward parish goal for Archbishop’s Annual Appeal;
Reconciling and reporting on contributions from large Hispanic community, including but not limited to ensuring advance pay requests are properly prepared, recorded and reconciled and managing contracts with private and public event facilities.
